All prices are in pounds sterling and are for one week of 7 nights. You may stay for any length of time with any nights beyond a 7 night week being treated on a pro-rata daily basis. We are happy to accept US Dollars and give a very competitive rate.

A 5% discount is available for 3 or more consecutive weeks. School half-terms are very popular and book up very quickly. Call us on +44 (0)1227-785898 or e-mail us your dates to check availability. Booking your Florida accommodation directly with us and not through a travel agent will save you money - money you can spend on enjoying your holiday.

Non-UK guests are very welcome.

Pool Heating is £85.00 per week. This can also be arranged once you arrive, although the pool will take at least 24 hours to warm up. The pool heater is recommended from November to April. Please be aware that our pool heater, although new and very efficient can (as with any pool heater) only increase pool water temperature to about 15 degrees Fahrenheit above air temperature.

A deposit of 20% of the full amount due is required at the time of booking. A security deposit of $300 is required against damage, to be paid on account to the Management Company on arrival. The Owners recommend that you briefly check the property on arrival for damage, and report any breakages immediately to the Management Company. The security deposit will be refunded once it is confirmed that no damage or breakages have occured during your stay.

The property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. Any additional cleaning required during your stay is your responsibility. Extra cleans by Management are available at an additional cost.

Please remember that for the comfort of future guests, SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED within the property. Ashtrays are provided for smokers to use outside on the pool deck only.
